About Us

Eric Mentzer

I am Eric Mentzer. I started this web site as an outgrowth of my hobby, home winemaking. Over the last 35 years I have owned several busineses that ranged from restoring pinball machines to car washes, laundry mats, an anteaque business and a tanning salon. I am a lisenced Real Estate agent in PA and in 2002 I went back to college and in 2005 earned a BA in political science from York College of Pennsylvania. In 2005 I followed that up with dual Masters degrees in Law and Ethics from the University of Baltimore. I am now two years into my Doctorate degree at Concord Law School.

Through all of that I remained true to my hobby of home winemaking. I have had so many people asking me questions about the subject that I decided to put it all down in writing. That has led to writing several books and this web site.
